Skin cancer?!?

I have a small lump on my arm, the areas is red and different to my other skin. I have been feeling a little off for sometime. Extreme fatigue, head aches and neck ache on the left side, feels slightly swollen. Could this be all connected ? 
Both my nan and dad have had skin cancer in the past but had no other symptoms other than the skin being an issue? 
i do have a GP booked but not for another 2 weeks .

    I’m sorry you are worried about your recent symptoms and can understand you wanting to find out more.

    I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Symptoms can have straightforward medical explanations. But only a doctor can make a medical assessment as they are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on. So it's good that you have an appointment arranged in the next couple of weeks to get checked out.
