Waxing after lymph node surgery and radiotherapy may affect the skin and underlying tissues making the area more sensitive which may lead to skin irritation or developing infections.
As we are not involved in your care we cannot advise you if you will be able to wax in the future. Only you hospital team can advise you on this. If you have a specialist nurse (CNS) involved in your care then perhaps they can provide you with further information. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
