I'm sorry you feel that your lymphoedema is getting worse. It must be frustrating waiting for your appointment to come through to see the lymphoedema nurse.

Lymphoedema massage can help reduce swelling and improve lymph flow but it's important to do it correctly. You really do need to be shown how to do this by a health professional.

You could try ringing the lymphoedema nurse at the hospital to ask for their advice and when you will be seen.

There is an organisation called the Lymphoedema Support Network who support people with lymphoedema and may be able to advise you on services in your local area.
