Your husband may have some tissue swelling after his recent brachytherapy treatment. I would suggest that he contacts his hospital team. If he has a hospital clinical nurse specialist (CNS) then maybe ring them first. It would be useful to check that there isn't a urine infection, so a GP appointment to get his urine tested would be helpful.
