Hi Rachel have you tried the Anti sickness bands.

Hay no I haven’t I know have some anti sickness tablets so hopefully it will start ease off 

This is what I’m dreading when I start treatment as to how sick I’m actually going to feel, we have some in the car I may get them out and try them x

Sorry to hear you are feeling sick. I am not sure from your post, the background to this.

However, do contact your GP and get a prescription for some anti sickness medication. It is important to take them regularly for a few days, to get on top of it.

Take them at least 30 minutes before food or drink. If they don't work well, or don't suit, then ask for different ones, as there are a few to chose from.
