Pain in back of legs

Hi I had breast cancer 4 years ago but im now experiencing pain in the back of my thighs and it isn't due to exercise but it feels like the same type of pain, I'm sick normally once a week for no reason and I'm always running to the loo but hardly any urine is coming out, can this be a sign my cancer has returned

    I can appreciate that you might think that. Unfortunately, I can't really tell you anything very specific. I would suggest that you discuss your symptoms with your GP. Symptoms are often not related to each other, and can be due to different things/conditions. Your GP can work through them with you, and advise you further.
