If you are due a follow up at the hospital with your oncology/surgical team I would mention it at your next appointment. If not it might be a good idea to talk to your GP and get their opinion about whether you need to have any further tests.

There may be no underlying reasons for why you broke your ribs and shoulder but it is always worth asking.
