I'm sorry to hear your husband is experiencing some pain whilst urinating.
There could be a number of reasons for this, therefore it is best your husband sees his doctor to get checked out.
Whilst it could be related to the cancer itself, swelling of the prostate ( prostatitis) or a urine infection are also possibilities that may need treatment.
