Short of breath

I have just finished a three month course of mop up chemotherapy , i have noticed i get short of breath if i exert myself i don’t have any pain and breath normally until i exert myself then i get short of breath i feel ok i don’t have a temperature, is this normal after chemotherapy ?

  • Hello and thanks for posting,

Breathlessness on exertion can be due to many medical conditions. It may or may not be related to your recent chemotherapy.

It would be sensible to discuss it with your hospital specialist, or your GP. They can assess you and advise further.

    I hope this helps,
