I'm sorry you are experiencing itching and redness of your breast following your radiotherapy treatment. Unfortunately side effects can develop months after treatment finishes
It is common for the skin to feel itchy and sore in the area that was treated. I'm afraid we cannot recommend a specific cream for you to use and this needs to be advised by your specialist team. If you have a breast specialist nurse involved in your care then perhaps they can provide you with further information. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
