I am sorry to hear you are awaiting treatment and appreciate how unsettling this can be.
I'm afraid there can be variations in how long people will need to wait for radiotherapy following planning scans. This question is better asked directly to the hospital you are under who will be able to give you a better idea of when you will start your treatment.
