I am sorry to hear what you are going through with your gran, she sounds incredibly poorly now and every day with her will be precious. It is difficult to give a prognosis (how long she has left) but she will likely continue to deteriorate at the rate you have already seen. Do speak to the palliative care team involved as they will be able to give you a better idea of all this as they are part of her care team and see her regularly.
