So.... I had sinusitis which was reoccurring. This lead to an infection inside my nose and a porforation to my septum. One nostril just feels empty I think I have a nasal valve collapse. I also have nasal polyps in one nostril

The issue is. There appears  to be a mass of some sort like swollen into my face and it's causing me to have purple under my eyes and even my eyelids of some. I've fainted twice and I just feel like I'm going to pass out all the time. My vision is so blurry and I recorded my eyes last night and my eyes are moving in different directions on there own. So.. Now there appears to be a lump on my tongue which I keep catching with my teeth and sore... My ear is also a bit sore also

I am literally going out my mind because I think it could be cancer.

    I’m sorry you are worried about the symptoms you mention and can understand you wanting to find out more.

    I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Symptoms can have straightforward medical explanations.  But only a doctor can make a medical assessment as they are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests at the hospital if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on. So do make an appointment to see your GP.
