I finished my treatment for this on 22nd Dec 2023 and since then, every time I open my bowels there is some blood. (Not a lot but some). After I have opened my bowels I then need to return to the toilet in probably 10 or 15 minute intervals for about an hour or two as my bottom seems to leak! (Both blood and number 2’s) even though I know when I first opened my bowels I was fully clean. After I have opened my bowels I experience extreme itchiness in my anus until after sever more trips to the bathroom. I have now started to get an itchy lump on the sight where my cancer was. I’m not sure whether this is normal or if I need to return to the docs.
