I'm sorry you are worried about your health. Many people contact us because they are concerned that symptoms they have might be caused by cancer. We are unable to diagnose anyone and the best advice we can give is to make an appointment to see your doctor.
They will be able to assess your symptoms and decide whether you need to go for any further tests. Although this can seem frightening, in some cases the symptoms will be caused by something else such as gastritis, gastric reflux, or other digestive problems rather than cancer. But it is always sensible to get checked out just to be sure.
