I have been on zolodex for 30 months and am now experiencing severe pain in my buttocks ad thighs I've had mri and bone scans with no sign of anything wrong. Could this just be a severe side effect

I am sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing. I'm afraid no one here can say what might be causing this pain.
Zoladex can occasionally cause joint, bone, muscle pain so it could be the result of this but if it is ongoing do let your doctor know.
It sounds like you have mentioned this already to your team as the MRI and bone scan came back okay, which is reassuring.
