I am sorry that you have these concerns about ovarian cancer that can't be cured. I am unaware of any links between the CA125 level and the likely prognosis (how long left) a patient has.

Many other factors affect someone's situation when treatment options run out, not just the blood results. Usually, the best people to talk this through are the hospital team as they know the patient and the situation.
