Seeking advice for my mom ( 69 years old) best treatment approach

Dear team,

I live in the UK but my mother lives in a small European city with limited medical support.

Having thoroughly read the various discussions on your forum, I have noticed how professional, kind and helpful you are. In this sense, I would really appreciate your honest advice in terms of best treatment plan for my mom considering the below history:

- 26.09.2023 Surgical intervention: it discovers uterine poly-fibromatosis, a big left ovarian cyst with liquid and solid content, atrophic right ovary; bilateral adnexectomy and total hysterectomy are performed

-11.10.2023 Biopsy Pathology Report:

Nonspecific chronic erosive cervicitis
Endometrium with atrophic changes
Uterine adenomyosis
Uterine leiomyomas localized submucosally, intramuscularly, and sub-serosally
Left ovarian cyst
Right ovary with corresponding physiological modifications for age
Sertoli-Leydig cells tumor - moderately/well-differentiated grade, developing at the left ovary level, with interspersed areas of the ovary

- 08.04.2024 CT Thorax: for determining secondary pulmonary or bone dissemination, nothing at the level of the segments examined

- 11.04.2024 CA 125 – 10 U/mL; CEA <0.50 ng/mL; NSE 20.50 ng/mL

- 30.04.2024 Pelvic MRI: small transhiatal gastric hernia, moderate dilation of CBEH and minimum dilation of CBIH possibly post-cholecystectomy, rare bilateral cortical cysts. Compared to the examination from 20.07.2023 total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy, without local recurrence :

Biliary vesicle with thin walls and intraluminal biliary sludge
Kidney with moderate atrophy, without visible stones, without hydronephrosis
Liver, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen, and visualized pelvic segments are of normal appearance
Uterus surgically removed
No pathological pelvic lymphadenopathy
No secondary bone determinations

The recommendation of the first doctor we've consulted are: Follow-up with evaluation of tumor markers, MRI every 6 months.

What would be the best treatment for her?

Please let me know should you need further details.

Kind regards

Corina
