I’m 23 and experiencing breast pain which goes to my arm pit, up my left arm and to the top of my neck close to my jaw. I’m a bit nervous of what it could mean because cancer has run previously in my family and I’m scared in case it is. There is a constant small pain currently but I’ve also been experiencing dizziness, constantly drained (I would have 11 hours sleep and then nap because I’m tired), I’ve tried to go to sleep early but I sometimes can’t get to sleep. My eyes go bloodshot quite quickly. My breasts are also uneven which I know can be normal but it’s quite sudden and unexpected. I’ve taken paracetamol for the pain but it’s not working. Please help, I need some advice on what to do, like go to the doctors.
