The dark pimple may just be a spot or a burst blood vessel but if you have concerns do get it checked out. No one can diagnose you on the forum.

Most changes in the breast are normal but for peace of mind it is a good idea to get it checked.

Your GP will be able to perform a breast examination and give you an opinion as to what it could be and if they need more information they can refer you to a breast clinic. Bear in mind that 9 out of 10 people referred to a breast clinic don't have cancer.
