I'm sorry you have a health worry and can understand that not knowing what is going on can be worrying.

People often post here on Cancer Chat to ask if anyone else has had similar breast symptoms, but even if they have, it doesn't necessarily shed any light on what may be the matter with you. Most breast symptoms can occur for lots of reasons.

However, it's always best to get checked out just and I see that you’ve been referred to the breast clinic for further assessment. This might seem alarming, but the majority of women referred to the breast clinic do not have breast cancer.

The charity Breast Cancer Now has information on what to expect when you've been referred to a breast clinic.
