I am sorry to hear about your recent radiotherapy treatment and the side effects you are experiencing.

Do let the hospital team know if you are struggling so they can suggest things to try and ease things for you.

Unfortunately as you say the side effects do often get worse before they get better but usually patients start turning a corner a few weeks after, so hang in there.
