For a while I have experienced breast ache in my right breast on the right (middle of body. ) and also left breast - left of breast. My mum has had colon cancer and breast cancer! She a survivor- I’m too scared to go to foc I’m 48 yrs
I am sorry to hear about your mum having had cancer but it is good to hear she is doing well.
Breast pain can be linked to many things such as hormonal changes and muscle or ligament strains. Breast pain without any other signs or symptoms isn't likely to be linked to breast cancer.
However when symptoms don't settle with time or are getting worse they are best checked out by a doctor. As scary as it may be to see your GP you can request a female doctor and I am sure they will put you at ease. They can assess you and if needed arrange more tests for you.
Leaving this and not doing anything about it is more likely to cause you more worry whereas hopefully doing something about it can put your mind at ease.
