It's understandable to be worried about a persistent elevated temperature especially when undergoing chemotherapy.
Kadcylacan cause various side effects including a temperature. A persistent low grade temperature might be a response to the drug itself as you don't have an infection. Sometimes the body's reaction to the drug can cause a temperature without any underlying infection.
The best thing to do is to talk this concern over with your chemotherapy team. Hopefully, they will be able to reassure you and put this into context for you.
