I would contact your breast care nurse and let them know. It is really only the breast care nurse and perhaps your oncologist who can visually assess your breast.

It is difficult for us to give an opinion without being involved in your care. 

There are other reasons other then cancer that may explain the crusty nipple such as infection so try not to overthink it for now.

Hopefully now the weekend is over you should be able to get in touch with your breast care nurse or leave a message so they can get back to you.

If this is proving difficult then try and make an appointment with your GP.
