I was unsure of your situation and where the pre-cancerous cells were found. As nurses, we cannot say why your doctors are discussing your biopsy results. However, it is not unusual to have results discussed at a Multidisciplinary Team meeting (MDT) which might be to discuss whether treatment is needed and if so what type of treatment.

Once the doctors have had their discussion they will be able to clarify your situation with you and what the treatment plan will be.
