People vary in the side effects they experience from their treatment. It's often difficult to say what drugs are troublesome over the other.  Having chemotherapy alongside Herceptin may add to the side effects in some people. So you may find that when you finish your chemotherapy treatment you may notice an improvement in how you are feeling.

Do let your hospital team know though if your symptoms are not improving. They can assess you and hopefully suggest what medications may help to manage your side effects.
