I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis and the current problem you have with eating.

I do think that you need to let your cancer team, perhaps your lung cancer nurse know about the blockage you feel. Or you could let your GP know. It could be related to gastric reflux disease but to be honest I can't be sure of that so you do need to get checked out.

Hopefully, it can be found out what is causing this, you will get treatment to make you feel better and then you will be able to eat better.
