As nurses not involved in your care we cannot say what your chance of survival is. A 5mm size tumour is small, but a person's outcome will depend on several things such as the size of the tumour and how far it has spread(stage)how fast-growing the cancer is (grade), how well a person responds to treatment and whether or not they have other health conditions.
