Help

I have suspected pancreatic cancer and have a biopsy on Tuesday but I’m quite Wheatley and my partner and my children are now squabbling about my estate circa £1.5 million and are all shouting at me! I really need support at this time and not this *** that is making me to cry my self to sleep! What can I do?

  • Hello Tony.S and thanks for your post,

It is difficult to be able to advise you about your family without being involved in your situation but it is important that you feel supported whilst you are having  the biopsies.

Until you have had the results of your biopsy the doctors will not be able to confirm whether you have cancer and if you do have cancer how it can be treated.

It is important for your family to recognise that until the doctors have the results of all the investigations no one will be able to tell you any more.

I really hope that your biopsy goes well today and that your family are able to support you during this very stressful time.

The nurses are here on the helpline Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm and our number is freephone 0808 800 4040.

    All the very best,

    Catherine
