I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you are having and appreciate they can be a worry.

It can be common after a colonoscopy to have some blood in your poo or bleeding from your bottom for a couple of days.

I would recommend consulting the hospital since they are familiar with the precise procedure that you had.  They may be able to give you specific advice that relates more to you.
