Sorry to ask what may sound a silly question but I am finding that at times I have to watch my balance. I am conscious that when I am walking I have to be careful. Could this be one of the many effects of anastrozole. Thank you. JanKay

Anastrazolecan cause dizziness that may make you feel off balance from time to time. If you are concerned about this at all or it gets worse do let your doctor know so they can assess you and the possible cause.
