Had mastectomy last November and radio therapy in January but over the last few months I've noticed some brown spots on the side mastectomy was done. They do not itch or irritate but there's about 20 or more brown spots that's slightly raised.

Unfortunately, we are not able to tell you what this is. Do make an appointment to see your GP who can examine you and advise further.
Most things are not serious, but it always makes sense to get anything new checked out for peace of mind.
