I had surgery 6 weeks ago; whole of the left side of my liver removed and my gallbladder, and I am not wondering what the follow up scan situation should look like please - how often and whether an MRI or CT is beneficial? Thank you
The way people are followed up after bile duct cancer surgery is individualised so it can vary. Your specialist care team will discuss this with you and tell you what tests you may need.
