Do you mean after the operation? If so, I believe it can be. Tiredness is one of the things that not having a thyroid/adjusting to the medication can cause, as well as just the fact you are recovering from surgery.
As someone else has commented on here if your tiredness is following an operation to remove your thyroid then yes this is common. It can take time for the body to recover and heal after surgery and it can take a while for the hormone levels to settle with the medications that can also add to the tiredness.
Be kind to yourself it is early days but do speak with your own doctor or nurse if you are concerned about your recovery.
