I have a sigmoidoscopy booked in later today - I am nervous and anxious as hell. I havent ate anything since 3pm yesterday but ive not managed to follow the prep i structions fully either. Im stressed that I wont be seen to properly today and I dnt want too go through all this again as its raising my tension levels and im a nervous emotional wreck right now

    I am sorry to hear that you were anxious about your sigmoidoscopy test yesterday. I do hope it was much better then expected.

    If you would like to speak to the nurses at end time on the helpline then you are welcome to give us a ring.
