How long will my results take. I have an appointment with my consultant in a month. Will I get the results then or will they write to me before the appointment
I am so sorry to hear you are undergoing some tests and are awaiting some results.
There is variation in the speed that people receive test results. Because of this it is usually best to ask the hospital directly how long tests are taking at the moment to come back.
As an appointment has been made for you to see your consultant in a months time it is likely they will discuss the results if they are back with you then.

I had to wait 10 days till results was in, they then called to make appointment, but it really is different between different hospitals. Think is just a waiting game sadly…but I wish you much luck, x
Thanks. I got my appointment date before the procedure was done for 20th May but they have now postponed until 29th May. The procedure was 10 days ago. I know you are right about just having to wait x
