Due to have plastic surgery on My Left hand also being tested for COPD

I had Splenectomy for marginal zone lymphoma 03/10/2016.Bone marrow done 01/09/2016 confirmed CD5 neg small B-cell lymphoma consistent with splenic marginal zone lymphoma + some mild dysplastic in background haemopoietic tissue.CT scan May 2018 showed marked progression in abdominal lymphadenopathy. UP-to-date CT scan 17-01-2019 shows abdominal and pelvic lymph nodes decreased- indicating response to treatment.Small bilateral pulmonary nodules are seen, stable muitiple vertebral compression fractures are also seen.Moving on I was put on Ibrutinib and doing well on it then the dreaded Covid struck and i was put on TruxChop in Feb 2023. I had my 1st of 6 treatments then got covid so my 2nd treatment was put off to 10/03/2023. All went well until i went in for my 6th treatment and was taken to A&E and had to be put in I C Unit as I had nemonia stayed in hospital from approx 02/06/23---20/06/23. I,m on many tablet's to keep me alive and relitivly healthy cancer is under control but the side effect's of all this treatment has left me with problems that may need surgery on my left hand. My concern is if i refuse to have more surgery on my Hand and possible both feet which i have been warned may not make any improvment in my use / mobility at my age 70 in september will this cause me any trouble with my medication being stopped. I'm truely thankful and just happy to wake up every day Thanks to the NHS
