Colonoscopy biopsy results

I received a phone call saying could I come in on Monday to see consultant as they have results of my colonoscopy.  She wouldn't say over phone so does this mean its bad news. They found a 20mm sessile polyp in my rectum and took biopsies. I am worried sick
