I am sorry to hear about your situation and the pain you have in your legs and feet.

Without being part of the team caring for you, I am afraid that it is not possible for us to know what is causing this. 

Sometimes, some types of chemotherapy (platinum types) can cause feet and legs to be painful and difficult to move, but if you did not have this type of chemotherapy or had a different type then I don't know why it is happening.

Do let your specialist team know and tell them about your concerns about the cancer spreading to the bones. Although of course, it is not necessarily the case that your cancer has spread.
