I’m in my early 40s, just got over a chest infection with help from some antibiotics. During and after I had an ache in my right shoulder, shortness of breath and felt dizzy when I stood up to quickly. I only notice any pain in my shoulder if I lay down and still have a tickling cough. This is 2-3 weeks after my chest infection. Any advice is welcome, haven’t made a doctors appointment as I don’t know if I’m worrying unnecessarily.
