Hello and thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear about your situation.

I am afraid that many people across the UK are waiting longer to be seen by specialist teams. The NHS is doing its best to see people as quickly as it can. 

Most urology departments will investigate and treat people with urological cancers, this will include penile cancer.  Urology departments are found in most hospitals in the UK.  There is not one that is specific for penile cancer. 

However, asking your GP if referring you to another hospital might mean you're seen more quickly might be a good idea. I am afraid that we cannot recommend where you should go

Please remember that waiting longer is no guarantee that your situation will worsen, although I appreciate that it is still a worry.
