Hi, my mother and I have a very complicated relationship. She isnt the nicest of people and has done some unforgiveable things to family members. When I wanted to cut all contact she made reference to being diagnosed with cancer which then apparently wasnt the case. When i again 2 months later  said i wanted to cut all ties she said she had stage four breast cancer which had spread to bones and kidney. This was 3 years ago she from what i hear is stil travelling/working etc and looks fine from a photo I saw recently. 

I just need to know if she is lying my sisters and I have no relationship because of her and she is manipulating my very elderly grandparent. i dont wnat my sisters to go through the pain and hurt of being lied to, because I know things about my mothet which they dont know about which have resulted in me being in intensive therapy for almost a year.
