I'm sorry you are experiencing pain in your breasts and back following your first course of chemotherapy. Pain after chemotherapy can sometimes be a side effect.

It's important to let your GP or chemotherapy team know if the pain is not improving. They may suggest taking painkillers to help manage it. 

Also I wonder if you are getting support to help manage your anxiety and panic attacks. If not, do mention it to your doctor when you get the chance.
