I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon but I am on a blood thinner and no one told me I should not take it a week before my appointment. Will I be able to attend tomorrow.
If you have been now told that you need to come off blood thinners for a particular procedure in clinic, I would call the secretary of the consultant that you were due to see to find out if this is the case.
If you are just having a face to face consultation then it may be fine for you to continue to take the blood thinners.
As we are not involved in your care it is difficult to give an opinion about this.
