Hello, for the past few months I've had on and off pains in my stomach, back and lower/middle part of my chest.

Which has caused a huge amount of anxiety. 

Back and fourth to GP's and hospital I have had done

CT Scan of full body excluding legs and head. Results were unremarkable.

5 or 6 blood tests which have all come back fine.

I done a FIT/Stool sample which came back no further action.

Multiple Ecgs and X Ray. And Urine Test all fine.

I have still had these pains. Seems worse after eating. And I get woke up at night in pain and the bottom of my chest and central back.

I have been referred to have an endoscopy done. Now I'm worrying that is something sinister in my esophagus or stomach but although I've been told my ct scan and everything else was OK I'm still extremely worried. Could anyone reassure me or what it could possibly be? Thanks
