Hi,  my husband is being treated for CLL.  He went for his prechemo checkup at the hospital last Friday and was quite surprised that the nurse he saw advised that treatment plan was now coming to an end and he would be stopping the drug (Ibrutinib).  We understand that this drug is taken continuously until it stops working or bad side affects..  His specialist is happy with how things are going and is meeting with him again in July to review things.    We just wondered why the nurse might have said this to him, a bit worried.  It is not the type of drug he should stop without having a replacement ready.  Many thanks for
