I am sorry to hear what is happening and I can appreciate your concerns.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, however, please do not do anything first without speaking with your GP. 

It may still be okay and safe to do your screening at 6 months. If there is a concern that the test result may not be accurate ( pregnancy hormones can affect it ), you may be asked to have the screening done after you have had your baby.

In most cases, the abnormal cells will have gone at the 6 months check. Even if they have not please know that abnormal cells do not quickly become cancerous (if this were to happen) therefore it would be usually considered safe to wait until you delivered your baby to get treatment.  

Colposcopy teams are used to dealing with these situations and will know what to do. Remember all their practises are based on up-to-date clinical evidence and research.
