Every patient's situation is very different and the questions that you are asking are best answered by your doctors.
You sound like you have had a good response to your treatment which is excellent to hear but it is really only your doctors who can really give you an idea about your prognosis (outlook). This can also be hard for your doctors to predict but they may be able to give you a better idea.
