It is natural to be worried about your health. However, we cannot diagnose you and the best advice we can give is to visit your doctor.

Although it may feel daunting, in most cases, the symptoms are caused by something other than cancer. Nonetheless, it is always wise to have any medical issues checked out by a professional just to be on the safe side.
